• Account & Contact: name, email.
• App Inputs: migraine logs (date/time, severity, notes), optional food/beverage/medication entries.
• Environment: weather, barometric pressure, air quality (queried for your location/time).
• Wearables: when enabled, data such as heart rate, activity, and sleep from devices like Apple Watch.
• Usage: diagnostics, device type, crash reports.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide and improve the app and web dashboards
• Run AI analysis to surface correlations and insights
• Support, troubleshooting, and security
• Legal compliance where required

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share with service providers that help us operate the app (cloud hosting, analytics) under contracts requiring confidentiality and security.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
